Aion Best Weapon?

As the saying is that strong one inch by one inch long, risk of an inch by one inch shorter. If you want to practice your skill to the degree that point east and strike west, point south and strike north, just like entering into the uninhabited place. It’s no doubt that it’s the most important thing to choose a proper weapon for you. In AION, there’re obvious advantages and disadvantages for close fighting weapon. Here we will introduce four kinds of assemble of weapons, just for reference. They are two short swords, two long swords, short right and long left swords and big sword.

Short sword: the fastest speed, attack frequency is 1.2, though the attack power is the lowest, the knock rating is the highest. Generally speaking, according to the different skill of the short swords, after knocking, it will be 2or 3times compared with the common hurt. Suppose that the injury of the skill of a close distance is 50points injury. After knocking, the injury can reach to 150points at most. The number is very terror. Because it’s unending that the close fighting profession purses the knocking rate. For the operation superiors of Assassin and Sword Star, it’s a perfect weapon that carrying two short swords. Because of the very fast speed of attack, it’s more suitable for the profession of Assassin which needs to release skills continuously.

Long sword: the speed is slower than short sword, attack frequency is 1.4, the attack power is higher than short sword, compared with common injury, the knocking injury of long sword is 1.7-2times. It suits the professions of defending star and Sword Star. When you’re practicing levels, sticking in all with long sword which adds crystal of knocking rate, the speed that defending star kills enemy will not be slow. Just because of this, the defending star of 18levels can knock out the injury of 1500+. Besides this, it’s also a good choice for Sword Star to carry long swords by two hands, especially in the last period carrying 2weapons with adding speed of attack, it must make up for the disadvantages of attack frequency, the efficiency will be improved by double. In AION, there are also some Assassins carrying 2long swords, because if the 2long swords are all with speeding up the properties of addition, the attack speed can match with skill to release speed. If Assassin carries short sword, suppose that one skill can hurt 1000, the knocking injury will be 3000. But if it uses long sword, maybe it will be 1400 and 2800. The crucial point lies in the choice of the players.

Long sword +short sword: here we should explain it specially, in AION, if you match long sword with short sword, you must pay more attention to what’s the weapon of your right hand equipment, remember this! I feel that the kind of the assemble style suits to Assassin more. Because you put off long and short together, the attack speed can catch up with the continuous skill of Assassin, but the execution will be higher than double short. In number aspect, Assassin carries short sword, suppose a skill hurt 50points. If knocked, maybe it will be 150. But maybe the skill injury of the long sword in another hand is 70points, if knocked, maybe it will be 150points.

Great sword: namely two-hand sword, very cool style. The attack speed is low, 2.4, but the execution is very high, knock rating is very low! The injury of knocking is only 1.3-1.5times compared with the common injury. In fact, using two-hand sword is to purse the stability, but it’s no doubt that the hit rate is much higher than the halberd in the same level. It suits to deal with the PVP of the desperadoes, just like Assassin, but it doesn’t have too many advantages in dealing with two single swords. From the point of the profession, defending star can carry great sword and there is special skill support for it. But the practice indicate that at present the efficiency of practicing level of carrying great sword and practicability of PVP are lower than two single swords.

PS: When we talk about how many times is knocking injury to common injury, the official hasn’t given us a specific post so far. It’s totally to get it by fighting with the same monster for hundreds of times. But no matter common injury or knocking injury, relocation is large. If we choose the smallest common attack and knock attack to compare with the largest common attack and knock attack, maybe there will be a large difference. The above data is just for researching and reference. Besides this, if we compared the knock of the single-hand sword with the two-hand sword, the injury of single-hand knock will be higher than the injury of two-hand knock, but the common attack will be lower than two-hand knock.
